We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our Sales & Merchandising Team, supporting our mission to bring premium Malaysian beverages to every shelf.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Kanter Enterprise, a leading player in the retail and consumer products industry. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining an optimal in-store presence for our products, ensuring they are displayed in an engaging and visually appealing manner. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our brand.

What you'll be doing

  1. Regularly visit retail outlets to assess product placement, stock levels, and overall brand visibility
  2. Restock and arrange product displays to maximise shelf appeal and drive sales
  3. Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to the marketing team
  4. Collect and report on key in-store metrics, such as sales data and customer feedback
  5. Collaborate with store managers to ensure our products are well-represented and maintained
  6. Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns and special merchandising projects
  7. Coordinate with store managers and retail staff for promotional activities and events.
  8. Provide weekly reports on stock movement, competitor activities, and display status.
  9. Collaborate closely with sales team to meet sell-out targets and push high-demand products.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 years of experience in a retail merchandising or sales role
  2. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store personnel
  4. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric approach
  5. Familiarity with the retail industry and an understanding of consumer behaviour
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  8. Willing to travel within assigned territory (KL/Selangor or South Malaysia).
