The opportunity

Are you an experienced Merchandiser Cum Sales Representative looking to join a growing company with excellent career development opportunities? As a Merchandiser cum Sales Representative at Growth Well Industry Sdn. Bhd., you will play a key role in driving sales and product visibility within the retail market in the Johor area. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing retail customers to drive repeat business
  2. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the local retail market
  3. Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail stores
  4. Ensure timely response towards enquiries or customer orders
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective in-store promotional activities
  6. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  7. Assist with inventory management and order fulfilment as needed
  8. Any other tasks as assigned by superior

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year experience as a Sales Representative or Merchandiser in the retail industry
  2. Ability to converse in mandarin is an advantage
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  5. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  7. Possess own transportation and able to go outstation as and when required
