- 处理客户询问、报价 & 跟进订单
Handle customer inquiries, quotations & order follow-up
- 协调售后服务安排
Coordinate after-sales service scheduling
- 更新客户资料 & 准备销售数据
Update customer database & prepare sales reports
- 与销售团队紧密配合,让客户体验更顺畅
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience

- 有责任心,善于沟通 & 协调
Responsible, good in communication & coordination
- 基本电脑操作(Excel / Word / Autocount software)
Proficient in computer skills (Excel / Word / Autocount software)
- 欢迎应届毕业生申请(我们提供培训)
Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
- 必须精通中文,与讲中文客户沟通无障碍;掌握其他语言更佳
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; additional languages will be an advantage
