Branch Supervisor | Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Marketing Management

  2. Develop and achieve sales goals and targets for JB Branch.

  3. Manage and allocate resources and staff for sales and marketing activities.

  4. Advertise new products and promotions to existing and potential customers.

  5. Customer Service & Support

  6. Deliver customer service through multiple channels (WhatsApp, telephone, email, etc.).

  7. Serve walk-in customers, provide product information, and conduct product demonstrations.

  8. Find and arrange cars for training or demonstrations.

  9. Logistics & Delivery Operations

  10. Deliver goods to customers when needed or when a driver is unavailable.

  11. Arrange for van inspections and ensure vehicle readiness for operations.
  12. Manage company vehicle road tax and insurance renewals.

  13. Ensure company vehicles are in good condition, including the condition of vehicle decals.

  14. Administrative & Financial Management

  15. Enter and update accounts, invoices, delivery orders, stock, and sales reports.

  16. Record and enter administrative and human resources data and documents.
  17. Bank in cash collections and maintain accurate financial records.

  18. Manage parking lots, hostels, and renewals for premise licenses, rentals, and contracts.

  19. Event & Training Support

  20. Coordinate food and beverage arrangements for detailing classes and technical forums.

  21. Showroom, Warehouse & Inventory Management

  22. Ensure proper stock management, including replenishing stock when necessary, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

  23. Ensure the showroom is kept clean, organized, and in good condition at all times.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in the FMCG or automotive industry is an added advantage.
  • Results-driven and accountable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Willingness to be based in Johor Bahru and travel when required.
