岗位职责 Key Responsibilities

Design 设计开发

  • 根据品牌主题策划并开发每季产品系列。

    Develop seasonal collections based on brand concepts.
  • 负责产品设计、面料与辅料筛选。

    Handle product design and fabric/trims selection.
  • 制作设计草图与技术包,指导样品及大货生产。

    Create sketches and tech packs for sample and bulk production.
  • 协助拍摄与视觉陈列,支持新品发布。

    Support photoshoots and visual merchandising.

Merchandising 商品管理

  • 与供应商及工厂沟通样品开发与生产进度。

    Liaise with suppliers and factories for sample and production schedules.
  • 审核技术包、成本与尺寸表,确保准确与符合目标。

    Review tech packs, costing, and specs to ensure accuracy and target margins.
  • 跟进试穿及修改流程,确保产品品质。

    Coordinate fitting and revision processes to ensure product quality.
  • 监督面料与辅料采购、审批及交期。

    Monitor sourcing, approvals, and delivery timelines.
  • 协助季节性产品线规划与组合平衡。

    Support seasonal line planning and product range balance.

Who We're Looking For 我们正在寻找这样的你:

  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or Merchandising.

    时装设计、纺织或商品管理相关专业大专或本科学历。
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).

    1–2 年相关工作经验(欢迎优秀应届毕业生)。
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; CAD knowledge is an advantage.

    熟练使用 Adobe Illustrator 和 Photoshop,懂 CAD 者优先。
  • Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.

    熟悉服装结构、面料及辅料知识。
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.

    做事细心、有责任感,具备良好的组织能力。
  • Creative, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
