If you are a person who is.
- **PASSIONATE** about **TRAINING** and loves **SHARING KNOWLEDGE** with others (possess **Train The Trainer (TTT)** Certificate)
- **EXPERIENCED AND EXPOSED** in Safety Critical Industries (**Oil & Gas, Safety, Renewable Energy, Fire Fighting)**
- Possess occupational experience in **FIREFIGHTING **and practical knowledge of **HELICOPTER EMERGENCY RESPONSE **or **OFFSHORE HELICOPTER OPERATION**

In our pursuit to provide the highest quality and most flexible service to our customers, we are now **HIRING EXPERIENCED ASSOCIATE TRAINERS **(Executive Level) to deliver our comprehensive range of safety training programmes conducted at the Regional Centres as well as at our customer premises (onshore and offshore)

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role and responsibilities of an Associate Trainer shall include but not limited to carry out direct training and facilitating duties in the organization:

- Design, develop, deliver safety training courses, make assessment and evaluation of training programs
- Responsible for maintenance and re-certifications of training facilities, equipment and appliances
- Continuous self
- learning & development, coaching and mentoring colleagues, keeping abreast of any changes in industry regulations, standards, best practices ensuring sufficient technical knowledge, review and carry out further enhancement of course materials and to ensure highest quality of training programs is delivered
- Always display mature and positive attitude towards participants, visitors & fellow colleagues to ensure good external & internal customer service
- Ensure all course materials and equipment are kept up to date and in accordance with relevant standards such as OPITO, STCW, GWO or local regulatory bodies.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- At least 5 years of working experience in Oil & Gas or other safety critical related industries
- Holds a competence assessor certification
- Background and experience in any of the below profession:

- Offshore Production personnel
- Offshore drilling personnel
- Offshore riggers and deckhands
- Petrochemical personnel
- HSE professionals
- Marine officers and engineers
- Wind Turbine personnel
- Professional fire fighters

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Ability to facilitate and deliver training program
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- Proficient in written & spoken English
- A team player with good interpersonal & presentation skill
- Knowledgeable and competent in areas of training
- Engaging, mature, resourceful, confident and highly motivated

Applicants should be willing to travel to various locations to deliver training programs.
