**Corporate Finance, Manager**
- Providing strategic insight and knowledge to shape the financial direction
- Preparation of information on the financial direction of the business
- Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning
- Advising on meeting targets and creating investment capital
- Compliance with all tax related and regulatory requirements
- Structuring financial deals, assessing the funds and working capital required
- Liaising with all parties involved in financial transactions
- Assisting with negotiations, analysing valuation and returns
- Preparation of relevant legal documents
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
- Assist in creating and implementing risk management plans in relation to cash flow liquidity, foreign exchange and other business operations
- To support other tasks and responsibilities as required inlcuding financial reporting, industry research etc

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting & Finance. Possesing accounting professional qualification.
- min 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to drive projects and process improvements and handle stakeholders.
- Creative and analytic skills.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
- Result oriented, organized, can prioritize effectively and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
