**About the Role**:

- As a CBRE Assistant Finance Manager, you will support multiple countries such as Pakistan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines. You will be responsible for producing limited output associated with Finance Strategy and Operations, including but not limited to the annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting.

This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

**What You’ll Do**:

- To assist on compiling the analysis and delivery of monthly financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, variance reports, client reports in a timely and accurate manner for the respective business lines.
- To assist with month-end related work for the respective business lines.
- To assist with any special requests, analysis
- To assist with client related financial matters, forecasts, managing billings, receivables, ad hoc queries and contract interpretation.
- To assist with the RFM and the GWS finance team with annual budgeting process as well as the monthly forecasts.
- To work with the GWS Finance team members on GWS reporting and analysis utilising information available on CBRE accounting system (PeopleSoft/iScala/JDE).
- Supporting Operations team on any issues with financial system
- Site visitation as and when required
- Any other assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Min 5 to 8 years of working experience.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred, knowledge of international tax is a bonus
- Some exposure / open to finance/accounting and/or at an Analyst level preparing and analyzing management reports, forecast model and performing sensitivity analysis.
- Attention to detail, organised and methodical in your approach to work, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.
- Must be team and results oriented with high level of commitment
- Analytical skills with ability to articulate business issues and encompass problem identification, evaluation, and resolution.
- Proficiency in English. Ability to effectively interact with and adapt to both Asian and Western business management style/culture. Inter-personal/communication skills.
- Experienced in working with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to business environment changes
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities / parties
