  • Manage Month End Closings :
    Ensure accurate and timely GL reviews, preparation and reconciliation of financial statements, schedules, and fixed asset verification according to MFRS.
  • Handle Banking & Statutory Coordination:
    Liaise with banks, Customs, and other authorities for transactions, audits, inspections, and statutory notices.
  • Perform Accounting & GL Reviews:
    Including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, reconciliations, and AP queries while ensuring compliance with credit terms and company policies.
  • Support Audits & Compliance:
    Assist in statutory, tax, gratuity trust, and internal audits, ensuring timely responses and documentation.
  • Deliver Financial Reporting & Ad-hoc Support
    : Prepare Financial reports, cash flow reports, insurance quotes and negotiations, and carry out additional tasks delegated by management

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Current Senior Executive or Assistant Finance Manager with 4–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
  • Qualifications:
    Professional qualifications (CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Leadership:
    Candidates with interest or exposure to people management will be an added advantage, with the potential to grow into a team-leading role.
