**YOUR TASK**:

- Responsible for preparation of monthly accounting entries and reconciliations for intercompany balances, accounts receivables and other ancillary balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and review foreign exchange translation journal entries to ensure accurate consolidation.
- Assist in the preparation of investor reports and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure Timely submission & reporting of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Management Accounts
- Review and monitor the health of financial and KPI’s compliance for the Hong Kong entities groups of companies in charge.
- Coordinate with local accounting firms for financial reporting and tax filling of Taiwan and Japan entities.
- Manage and forecast cash flow to support operational and strategic needs.
- Handle payment management and process client billings on a timely basis.
- Review product costing and profit margins.
- Maintain internal control, compliance and inventory review, documentation and financial processes
- Lead & supervise the finance team to fulfil the jobs responsibilities & meet KPI’s.
- Ensure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring, and analysing financial efficiencies.
- Participate in Business Risk Management & Strategic Planning & Execution
- Handle all matters related to tax, audit, company secretarial requirements, banking and treasury operations.
- Attend to banking and treasury matters
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as at when is required.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Degree in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin. Mandarin skills are required due to the need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and clients.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Result oriented and detail minded person.
- Hands on and self-motivated person
- Independent and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and hardworking.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into valuable information.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting and understanding of HKFRS and IFRS
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
