**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management & Delivery**
- Manage the end-to-end Dynamics 365 project lifecycle — from planning, design, and implementation to post-go-live support.
- Lead project meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, track issues, and maintain all required project documentation.

**Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering**
- Engage with clients to analyse business and accounting processes, identify gaps, and recommend system-based solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Propose Dynamics 365 best practices to enhance productivity, control, and compliance.

**ERP Implementation & Customization**
- Configure, test, and deploy **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central** and/or **Dynamics 365 CRM** modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers on integrations, system enhancements, and customization using the **Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Manage data migration, validation, and go-live readiness to ensure smooth transitions.

**Training & Documentation**
- Conduct user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to both end-users and administrators.
- Develop training materials, user manuals, and system documentation to support long-term adoption.

**Support & Maintenance**
- Provide first and second-level support for Dynamics 365 systems.
- Participate in version upgrades, data migrations, and regression testing.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Support ad-hoc assignments including testing, data preparation, and system validation.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and cross-team collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience implementing or supporting **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or CRM or Equivalence ERP system**.
- Strong understanding of financial, distribution, or manufacturing business processes.
- Proficient in system configuration, workflow setup, data import/export, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Implementing ERP Projects: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification (preferred)
