**Kitchen Crew**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Food Preparation Assistance**:

- Assist kitchen staff in preparing ingredients for cooking, such as peeling, chopping, and washing vegetables and fruits.
- Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes or instructions from the kitchen staff.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks, such as grilling, frying, or baking, under the guidance of more experienced cooks.

**2.** **Cleaning and Sanitation**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by washing and sanitizing utensils, dishes, cutting boards, and other equipment.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly.
- Dispose of waste and empty garbage cans to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**3.** **Kitchen Organization**:

- Assist in organizing and storing ingredients, supplies, and equipment in designated areas.
- Maintain proper labelling and storage of food items to ensure freshness and prevent cross-contamination.
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and notifying the kitchen staff when supplies are running low.

**4.** **Kitchen Operations Support**:

- Assist in setting up and stocking stations before and after service.
- Retrieve and deliver ingredients, tools, and equipment to the kitchen staff as needed.
- Follow instructions and guidelines from the kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

**5.** **Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handwashing, wearing gloves when required, and following temperature control guidelines.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen staff immediately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**6.** **Teamwork and Communication**:

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and other team members.
- Assist and support fellow kitchen helpers and cooks as needed.
- Follow instructions and guidelines from supervisors to ensure efficient teamwork and smooth kitchen operations.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
