**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the planning and directing of food preparation in a kitchen.
- Maintain and improve standard of product, introducing more variety of menus.
- Maintain and improve standard of service and operating standards, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor all Health & Safety and hygiene practices and procedures.
- Supervising kitchen staff which includes staff scheduling.
- Follow company’s policies and procedures for restaurant operations internally and externally.
- Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for chef's usage.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Posses at least SPM, STPM, and certificates in any field.
- Prior experience in a similar position.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
