**Title**: Customer Service & Sales Executive (+Commission)
**Location**: Ara Damansara

**We’re Wunderbath - a creative Malaysian brand known for fun, fully customised self-care products.** From soap that looks like _kuih_ to campaigns that go viral, we help brands and customers leave a memorable mark.

Now, we're looking for a **go-getter who loves sales, thrives with customers, and lives for the thrill of closing a deal.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Actively **prospect, follow up, and close corporate deals** (events, wedding favours, gifting, collaborations)
- Guide clients with solutions & upsell options that match their needs
- Track and follow up every lead — no ghosting, no waiting
- Work closely with ops to ensure seamless order flow & client satisfaction

**What You’ll Need**
- Strong communicator — you know how to write clearly & sell confidently
- Bold, proactive personality — you ask, follow up, and _close_
- Organized and self-managed — you don’t wait for reminders
- Min 1 year experience in corporate selling creative, gifting, or lifestyle products

**Compensation**:

- **Basic, EPF, SOCSO**:

- **Attractive commission for closed sales (post-confirmation)**:

- **Commission structure: % based on sale value with NO cap**
