**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To develop and execute sales strategies and forecast to achieve sales objectives
- Stay active and alert to industry trends, competitors, market conditions to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Developing potential key customers
- Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads (Cold calling/Walk-in/social media) to drive higher sales.
- Conduct in depth needs assessments to understand customers’ needs and develop customized proposals and solutions.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Report to respective ASM
- Sales and distribution of the full range of company product.
- Supervision of sales & collection targets.

**Requirement: -**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, specialising in food categories or generalists across many categories will be added advantage.
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Passionate about food
- Familiar with HoReCa /FoodService customers.
- Self-motivated with positive can-do attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
