Dealer Management Sales Executive

**Your job involves**:
- Being in charge of Telco Prepaid & Postpaid business in certain states, dealing with both Open Channel & Modern Trade.
- Keeping an eye on competitors' moves in your assigned areas and suggesting quick actions to stay ahead.
- Making sure sales targets for reloads & quality activations are met to increase revenue.
- Making company brand known in your areas all the time.
- Visiting, talking, and expanding the dealer network.
- Joining events and activities on the ground.
- Solving any issues dealers or frontline staff have with systems or products.
**To be a good fit for this role, you should have**:
- A diploma or degree in any field with at least 1 year of experience, or SPM with 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Experience in sales, particularly with dealers, distribution, telco operations, public relations, and communications.
- Your own transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good spoken and written English and Malay; other languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or at odd hours.
- Good communication skills, being proactive, energetic, and focused on achieving results.
- Being street-smart and quick to think on your feet.
- Exposure to planning and executing sales campaigns is a bonus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
