Pro Art Management is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented **Project Supervisor** to oversee the on-site execution of **interior design and retail renovation projects**. You will be responsible for supervising contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards and coordinating daily site operations. This role is critical in translating design plans into functional and aesthetic retail environments, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence, empathy and precision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for interior fit-outs and retail renovation projects.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, safety standards and timelines.
- Liaise with designers, contractors, vendors and internal teams to solve issues and maintain workflow.
- Monitor materials, workmanship, and site progress to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings, site briefings and provide updates to the Project Manager.
- Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, CIDB).
- Maintain detailed site documentation including reports, photos and progress tracking.
- Support a culture of teamwork, accountability and proactive communication at the site level.

**Requirements in Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supervising interior renovation or fit-out projects, preferably in retail environments.
- Familiarity with drawings, BOQs and project documentation is essential.
- Experience managing subcontractors, site scheduling and material coordination.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong site management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp is a plus).
- Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to resolve on-site issues with calmness, professionalism and empathy.
- Reliable, punctual and solution-oriented.
