- Department: Human Resources- Location: Malaysia- Team and Role Introduction:
- The Talent Acquisition Coordinator partners directly with all members of the Talent Acquisition team for scheduling and coordinating interviews as well as conducting pre-onboarding activities at a high-volume and fast-pace. This is a 12 months Fixed-term contract.**Responsibilities**:
- To support day-to-day talent acquisition activities including arranging and coordinating interviews and administering assessments.
- Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times.
- Facilitate and monitor pre-onboarding activities of new hires.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment coordination, ideally in a multinational or technology company. Experience in high-volume processing is highly desired.
- Self-motivated, curious to learn, and able to adapt to fast-changing and dynamic environment.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong customer service focus and able to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
