As an**Technical Consultant, Print Ecosystem (ANZ Market)** you will provide technical presales support for the HP Commercial portfolio of Print Products, Services and Solutions. Our team supports multiple languages across the world ensuring a diverse and collaborative work environment.

**What a Technical Consultant, Print Ecosystem (ANZ Market) does at HP**:
Our mission is to support sales opportunities by providing technical guidance through various communication channels. Assist our End-User sales and Channel teams in navigating Print products, solutions, and services, ensuring they secure business wins and deliver an excellent total customer experience (TCE).
- Provide technical recommendations, direction, and guidance on Print offerings.
- Respond to and track technical questions from internal or external requestors
- Present the advantages of HP’s Print products and solutions.
- Assist sales representatives in responding to customers’ requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
- Support sales opportunities with in-depth technical understanding of HP’s offerings.
- Mentor other Inside Presales TCs with less experience on Print solutions.
- Provide support on the status of technical and environmental regulations.
- Deliver trainings to other departments about Print products and solutions.
- Manage technical escalations and provide proactive technical updates to the sales community.
- Collaborate with various technical resources as needed, within the Presales organization or Worldwide Divisional resources. Maintain a high level of service quality and total customer experience (TCE).
- Ensure a competitive and appropriate level of technical and professional competence.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance on Intelligent Document Management systems.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- ** Advanced proficiency in spoken and written in English.**Proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical/engineering field or computer science.
- Advanced experience and knowledge in printing technologies, hardware, operating systems, software, and networking technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and team skills, with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate with mínimal tactical direction.
- Demonstrated motivation to seek knowledge and continuous learning.
- Typically, minimum 5 years of relevant work experience supporting ANZ market.
