**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish, manage, and optimize PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate and oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and track multi-site implementation activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Facilitate collaboration between functional, technical, and operational teams.
- Provide executive-level reporting and communication to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and relevant IT governance standards.
- Supervise and guide the work of Functional Domain Experts and Technical Domain Experts.

**Minimum Qualifications - PMO Lead**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Healthcare IT, with hands-on leadership of multi-site IT implementations of comparable scale.
- Proven experience in program governance, resource management, and vendor coordination.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, workflows, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs in the healthcare sector.
- Vendor and contract management expertise.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Relevant certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
