**Job description**
- Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models and/or AutoCAD drawings
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings according to project.
- Prepares and manage 2D and 3D modelling, coordination, presentations / design drawings using Autodesk Revit & AutoCad
- Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation as per project requirements.
- Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
- Ensure model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
- Accuracy in construction drawings and data extraction with other disciplines BIM platform.
- Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models
- Ability to work independently and team work
- Collaborate and coordinate internally and / externally with other disciplines design and model changes
- Attend meetings if required.
- Strong documentation and filings of drawings. Coordinate design documentation with utilization of BIM software and tools

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
