Job Summary

Manages and drives BIM initiatives in accordance to the overall resources, timelines, standards, and client/organizational requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and resource planning to ensure the successful deliver of BIM deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day BIM implementations, operations and deliverables.
  • Develop, review and update the BEP and related documents.
  • Lead the overall production and delivery of the detailed design model, coordinated, simulation and as-built models.
  • Establish processes and protocols for data exchange and user right access to maintain model integrity and validity
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to facilitate RFIs, design changes, and ensure that the model is updated based on the resolutions provide.
  • Lead the overall information production and data extraction for the design, procurement, construction teams and other stakeholders
  • Produce a BIM progress report on a bi-weekly/monthly basis or as requested to identify and measure BIM implementation progress.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters on Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in AEC or relatedfield.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM processes and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Possess BIM-related licenses and certifications.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in BIM, design or engineering-related experience.
  • Proficient in BIM authoring software.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to use time productively, maximize project efficiency, and meet challenging project goals.
  • Ability to take on additional technical responsibilities and knowledge as needed with minimal guidance.
  • Possesses the ability to lead a team and work independently.
