- Prepares all relevant job requirements of the kitchen section assigned to.
- Ensure knowledge of all menu and all food products
- Must be able to organize and prioritize workloads to efficiently produce high quality products in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
- Responsible for proper preparation for all dishes with regards to basic preparations, taste, temperature, garnishing and timing in accordance to the job requirements.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Ensures proper coverage and staffing in his team.
- Maintains proper business relations with superiors, subordinates and others service departments.
- Work with all employees as a team to ensure smooth operation of food production and meal on shift changes.
- Make eggs and any breakfast specials, then make any pastries on the menu for the day.
- Work with the Executive Chef on developing Breakfast and Lunch Menus.
- Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
- Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- SPM or Diploma in Culinary
- 2 years working experience in kitchen operation.
- Proficient in both hot and cold cooking techniques.
- Effective communication and collaboration between front-of-house (FOH) service and back-of-house (BOH) kitchen teams.
- Maintains high standards of personal hygiene and presents a neat appearance.
- Provides friendly and courteous service to guests.
- Demonstrates discipline, self-motivation, and a professional approach while fostering teamwork and cooperation among colleagues.
