**The Role**

As an English Teacher at Bright, you will:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students of all ages, based on the syllabus and their learning needs.
- Design interactive and age-appropriate classroom activities that make learning dynamic and enjoyable.
- Review students’ work regularly, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages communication and confidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching materials and strategies.
- Participate in school events and cultural activities that enhance the learning experience.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking educators who are passionate, adaptable, and committed to helping students succeed. You should be:

- **Fluent**: Native or near-native English proficiency (nationality not limited; clear and standard pronunciation required).
- **Qualified**: Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification strongly valued).
- **Experienced**: Prior teaching experience with children, teens, or adults is preferred.
- **Creative & Dynamic**: Able to make lessons interactive, fun, and memorable.
- **Culturally Adaptive**: Comfortable working with diverse learners in a multicultural environment.
- **Professional**: Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills.
- **Dedicated**: A genuine passion for teaching and a sense of responsibility toward student growth.
- **Available**: Must be ready to kick off this exciting journey from **January 5th 2026.**
