RESPONSIBILITY:
1) Provide baker’s assistant services to bakers and chefs in a bakery or restaurant set up.
2) Assist baker in cooking and preparations of cakes, pastries and other items.
3) Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
4) Assist baker in lifting heavy sacks of flour and other baking items.
5) Assist bakers in operating baking machineries and implements.
6) Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery.
7) Develop and create new delicious bakery products and recipes.
8) Develop decorative cakes and pastries to meet customers’ orders and tastes.
9) Ensure total customer satisfaction through baking of delicious bakery products.

10) Strictly adhere to food safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian
- Good attitude, committed & good communication skills
- Young energetic
- Hard worker, fast learner & willing to learn
- Able to start work immediately
