We are in search of a skilled Draughtsman to join our team. The Draughtsman will play a key role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for various elements of theme park attractions and environments, ensuring accuracy, precision, and alignment with project specifications and creative concepts. **Responsibilities**: 1. Collaborate closely with the CAD Design Manager develop comprehensive architecture drawings for the theme park, games, structures, landscapes, etc. 2. Proficiently operate computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD, to generate and draft precise CAD drawings. Develop both 2D and 3D computer models, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in creating technical drawings such as layout plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawing. 3. Collaborate closely with design teams to strategize and conceptualize construction projects. Exacting attention to detail ensures alignment with project specifications and upholding of company quality standards. 4. Translate designs into precise construction drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide improvement suggestions and meet project deadlines. **Requirements**: 1. **Extensive Design Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a architecture. Proven ability to oversee and deliver high-quality drawing from ideation to technical realization. 2. **Strong Software Skills**: Extensive proficiency in AutoCAD, with adept skills in Sketchup and Photoshop. Familiar in 3D modeling using software such as Lumion and Blender would be an advantage. 3. **Deadline Driven**: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or missing deadlines. 4. **Creative Thinking**: Proficient in adhering to brand guidelines and adept at analyzing and evaluating creative concepts. 5. **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to immediate manager and team members. 6. **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that all design elements are accurate and of the highest quality. Ability to meticulously review designs for accuracy and completeness. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday
