Administrative Internship

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform administrative and office support for supervisors
- Answering telephone calls
- Receiving, directing and entertain customers and visitors
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining the office facilities running smoothly
- Ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly
**Desired Characteristics**
1. Able to work in teams and demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiatives
2. Fluent speaking in Bahasa Melayu and English
3. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
4. Energetic, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deliverables
5. Have own transport
**Location**
Seksyen U13, Shah Alam
**Working Hours**:
- Tuesday until Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Pay: From RM300.00 per month
