We are looking for a sales & operation staff in the car accessories industry.

Soku racing is a car accessories shop located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. We sell car accessories that caters to the mass market and currently is trying to fine tune our business to make sure that every customer gets to enjoy the joy of modifying their cars.

Soku racing aims to be one of the top few car accessories shops in terms of online digital presence in the next few years by providing customers with excellent service & good prices.

We are currently looking for a responsible and outgoing sales & operation staff to join our team & help us reach our goals

.**Key responsibilities**:

- Serve & tend to walk in customers
- Make marketing videos for Xiao hong shu & Dou yin platform
- Reply to comments, inquiries & messages on WhatsApp, Xiao hong shu & Dou yin
- Assist in day to day operations of taking stock, creating marketing content & arranging walk in customers with their respective jobs

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge or passion for cars & car accessories
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as instagram, Facebook, ciao hong shu & dou yin
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Experience with sales, customer service & the retail industry.
- **Must be able to read, write & communicate in Chinese**
