JOB SCOPE:

- Manage Manpower Planning
- Handle Recruitment (Advertise / Interview)
- Create position, job descriptions, schedule interviews, appointment letter
- Setup Marketing & Sales Team
- Analyze position that need to be filled
- New Structure Organization
- Any Other Government Update.
- Manage and Monitoring KPI System (Make sure all employee have objective to achieve by individual)
- Monitoring Staff Disciplinary.
- Plan Company activities (Dinner, Boot Camp, Tournament, Birthday Party, Family Day)
- Propose average of salary, EPF, SOCSO based on manpower to finance.
- Calculation of salaries using SQL System, EPF & SOCSO contribution, leave, claims,
- Create Sop Policy
- Prepare, Monitoring and Control of Standard Operation Procedure for all department.
- Renew license, rental, quotation if needed
- Manage & monitor inventory, office equipment, office maintenance stationery etc.

REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Human Resources
- 5years above experience in HR Management
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
