About the role

Sasabell Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Intern to join our Human Resources team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This is a full-time internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of human resources within a dynamic and innovative beauty company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
  2. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management
  3. Participating in the planning and organisation of employee engagement activities and events
  4. Researching and compiling information on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  5. Supporting the HR team with employee relations and performance management tasks
  6. Gaining exposure to various HR functions such as training, compensation, and benefits administration

What we're looking for

  1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Eager to learn and take on new challenges
  6. Passionate about making a positive impact in the workplace
