Working Hours: 9am-9pm including 2 hours break

5 Off Day per month and 11 days Public Holiday

Work location: Central Area

**Salary**: Basic $3,000 - $3,500 SGD plus commission and variable bonus

**Job Scope**:

- Provide manual therapy such as tuina, sports massage, and other traditional modalities.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold high clinical standards.
- Assist with the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient service.
- Work well with clinic team, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Build strong rapport with clients and provide follow-up care as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Support business growth through service recommendations, patient retention efforts, and client satisfaction initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Physiotherapy (with willingness to undergo training in TCM practices)
- At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.
