Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm (Mon-Sat)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Prepare cutting list for Production Fabric Cutting, Panel Saw Cutting, Wood Cutting.
- Prepare drawing for CNC Wood & Auto sewing machine.
- Responsible for daily production activities and ensuring processes comply with standard order of operation and work instructions.
- Responsible for production planning to ensure products produced to meet customer specifications and within the timeline schedules.
- Monitor closely on production progress, daily output, downtime, and production reject.
- Assist in resolving daily operational issues, staff working schedule, attendance, and staff discipline.
- Establish necessary standards or work instructions, checklists, or other department-necessary documentation to ensure smooth operation.
- Arrange driver and installer work schedules to ensure timely and accurate installation at the client site.
- Work closely with the Sales Department to communicate the work completion and installation schedule.
- Conduct in-house training for the new workforce on the production floor
- Arrange the worker’s hostel issue - accommodation.
- Supervising and monitoring employees.
- Maintaining quality control standards
- Solve technical problems related to all activities on the production floor.
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed.
- Any other functions to be assigned from time to time.
- **Education and Experience**_
- Advanced/Higher/Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in the manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in interior design or furniture or cabinet industry or equivalent
- Positive attitude, interpersonal & communication skills, leadership and managing problem-solving skills, and time management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
