Our company specialises in the farming, processing and production of edible Bird’s Nest products (燕窝)with over 20 years of experience. Our production line is certified with amongst others, GMP, HACCP, GVHP, ISO 22000:2018 and Halal. We are recruiting Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to join us in our growing production family.

**Qualification**:
1. Diploma or Degree Holder in Manufacturing, Food Science, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in production industry
3. Knowledge in Quality Management System (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018)
4. Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for all activities or matters related with quality assurance system of the processing plant
2. To ensure that the SOP, Work Instructions, and other food safety documents are being updated and reviewed periodically
3. To prepare, deal with and follow-up audit by relevant authorities on maintaining company’s licensing qualification
4. Arrange for external calibration of production equipment and lab testing accordingly and ensure that the results are within the specifications.
5. To ensure the specifications of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products are accurate and up to date by reviewing them frequently for compliance to the standards.
6. To ensure all quality management system records are filed and kept properly and easy for traceability
7. Responsible for the Product Complaint and Recall
8. Create training materials and operating manuals on quality assurance
9. Conduct in-house trainings related with quality management system for all staffs in the company
