**SUMMARY**:
**WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION**:

- Assist in managing immigration, mobility, and Socso (Social Security Organization) related activities.
- Provide support to employees in understanding and utilizing mobility policies and procedures.
- Aid in expatriate employment processes and handle Socso issues.
- Serve as a backup contact point for the Global Mobility Specialist.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager and Executive as needed.
- Prepare detailed and graphic presentations.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Understanding of HR processes and regulations (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Performs other administrative support duties as required.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- No prior working experience required.
- Internship period of a minimum 3 months is required.
