**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily inventory management tasks at central warehouse, including monitoring stock levels and conducting physical counts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the inventory reconciliation process by identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Initiate purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on deliveries directly to branches.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in our inventory management system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Monitor and collate purchase orders against suppliers' invoices and delivery orders, and forward them to the Finance Department for payment.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock movement trends to support decisions on merchandise mix at branches.
- Participate in regular inventory audits at branch locations and assist in developing best practices to enhance inventory accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
