**Job Summary**

To plan, manage and improve the production activities to achieve production Key Performance Index (KPI) through optimum resource utilization and necessary training as well as comply to standard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure product with targeted quality and reject rate within cost commitment.
- Ensure product produce meet of sales demand with quality product within timeline.
- Troubleshoot and take rectification in processes issue, downtime and equipment malfunction.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resource and review of manpower to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with quality practice with the FSSC 22000 requirements.
- Plan for training analysis need, job rotation plan on staff for skill development to stimulate continuous productivity improvement.
- Manage and motivate team of production to carry out daily production activity to increase production throughout and reduce variability with cost reduction target.
- Analyze production issue, potential risk and preventive action for continuous improvement.
- To report on production activities and performance to the management team.

**Qualification**
- Minimum qualification of Degree in Food Technology / Food Science or other related field.

**Relevant Experience & Years of Service**
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in food industry.

**Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge**
- Knowledge in Halal, GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000.
- Familiar of Malaysia Food Regulation 1985 and Food Act 1983.
- Knowledge in baking technology and packaging film.
- Skills of managerial and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills and computer literate.
