**Responsibilities**
- Design visually appealing and innovative assets for Gaming products, including user interfaces, marketing materials, banners, and promotional visuals.
- Create custom design elements from scratch, ensuring originality and alignment with the brand's identity.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Manage external creative agencies and freelancers, providing clear briefs, feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to produce fresh ideas and concepts that resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, and tablet.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and iGaming industry developments.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within the **Gaming industry**.
- **Strong** **portfolio showcasing expertise** in creating design elements from scratch and 3D work is **required**.
- Proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)** and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
- **AI tool skillsets **such as Mid Journey, Stable Diffusion will be a plus.
- Experience managing external creative agencies and freelancers, including overseeing the production of assets and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (Ul) principles in gaming environments.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually striking designs.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the Gaming industry.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and other web design tools.
- Preferable female
- Required language(s): _**English & Mandarin**_ **(Ability to speak in Mandarin is highly preferred to deal with Chinese stakeholders)**.
