Kami sedang mencari individu yang bertanggungjawab untuk mengisi jawatan Admin dan Kerani Insurans Am di syarikat kami. Jika anda seorang yang berdedikasi, teliti, dan bersemangat untuk bekerja dalam bidang insurans, sertai kami sekarang
**Kriteria**:
- Pengalaman kerja dalam bidang insurans minimum 6 bulan.
- Minimum SPM / Diploma dalam bidang pentadbiran, perniagaan, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia (dan Bahasa Inggeris dengan customers.
- Mahir menggunakan komputer dan perisian Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam pasukan.
- Sikap kerja yang positif, bertanggungjawab, dan teratur.
- Berumur 20-35 tahun.
- Lelaki / Perempuan
- Boleh bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mengikut urgent.
Skop Kerja:
**TUGASAN UTAMA**
**1. Follow up customer, menggunakan wasap / call.**
**2. Quatation insurans customers walkin kedai / online.**
**3. menyimpan data base customers di goggle sheet, mengikut KPI yang telah di tetapkan.**
- Menguruskan dokumen dan rekod insurans dengan teliti dan kemas.
- Memproses permohonan insurans am (seperti insurans kenderaan, kebakaran, peribadi, dll).
- Berurusan dengan pelanggan untuk pertanyaan dan permohonan insurans.
- Menguruskan pembaharuan polisi insurans dan memastikan dokumen pelanggan lengkap.
- Menyediakan sebut harga insurans kepada pelanggan.
- Mengendalikan urusan pentadbiran harian di pejabat.
- Follow Up customer.
- Mengemas kini dan menyusun fail serta data pelanggan dalam sistem.
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
