**JOB AUTHORITIES**:

- _Assign buddy to guide each other as well as new staffs._
- _Act as a team leader to assist on operation issues._
- _Enhance and improve workflow and recipe._
- _Training on leadership skills to lead the team._
- _Fully understand the outlet operation and able to assist others when needed._
- _To plan on the schedule for better labor efficiency._
- _Assisting Floor Manager when required._
- **On The Job Requirements**:_
- _Taken typhoid injection_
- _Taken health and food safety certification provided by the government_
- **Experiences & Qualification**:_
- _Possess SPM or equivalent F&B Certification _
- _At least 3 years of working experience in the service F&B industry._
- _At least 1year experience as a bartender and/or barista in a café/restaurant._
- _Experience in leading a team or as supervisor is a plus._
- _Internal promotion is applicable._
- _Experience in teaching and guiding new staff._
- **Skills & Knowledge**_
- _Ability to provide accurate information and knowledge, using the correct methods/tools to teach_
- _Ability to spot and resolve problems proactively and efficiently._
- _Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills_
- _Strong influencing skills_
- _Passionate in F&B services_
- _Passionate about customer service_
- _Adaptable to change_
- _High standards of personal presentation_
- _Friendly and outgoing_
- _Team player_
- _Basic knowledge on wine and beverage_

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
