**PLAYA Racquet Club** is looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented **Outlet Supervisor** to help lead our front-of-house experience. If you’re great with people, sales-savvy, and love building community, we want to hear from you

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Supervise the club’s front-of-house operations, including F&B, courts, and retail
- Lead and motivate the service team for smooth daily operations
- Build strong relationships with members and guests through great PR skills
- Oversee court booking systems, retail sales, and customer service
- Maintain high cleanliness and service standards across the outlet
- Coordinate with management on events and promotions
- Monitor stock, sales, and staff performance on the floor

- Experienced in hospitality or lifestyle venue management
- Friendly, organized, and confident in leading a team
- Passionate about people, service, and community building
- Strong communicator with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable with multitasking across F&B, retail, and bookings
