**Job Description** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Global supply plan management
- Scenario analysis to react to changing environment
- Global build plan arrangement based on demand across all sites. with considering the demand changes, material and capacity availability, product lifecycle.
- Demand vs supply daily review and de-bottle neck the constrains, work with cross team on driving material pull in/push out, capacity reserving/reallocation/Test time reduction with the help to intelligent reports.
- Scenario analysis to support business request to max the revenue.
- Work closely with cross function team including factory execution team, engineering, quality, IE, procurement, PM, NPI to manage the product running well during mass production period.
- Manage the on-time delivery of customer orders and max the quarterly revenue, while minimize the slow moving/aging inv as much as possible.

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:

- Global build plan arrangement based on demand across all sites. with considering the demand changes, material and capacity availability, product lifecycle.

PREFERRED:

- Supply chain background, fluent oral English skill
- Mandarin is a plus

SKILLS:

- ERP/MS office
