Specific Role Responsibilities:
As a Costing Executive, you will be working Monday to Friday,

Conduct detailed cost analysis for products, services, and projects to determine accurate production and product costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing detailed cost information and analysis to support financial planning.

Monitor and control costs throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and identifying variances.

Oversee inventory valuation and management, ensuring accurate costing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Provide cost information and analysis to support pricing strategies, ensuring products are competitively and profitably priced.

Maintain and update costing systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for cost tracking and reporting.

Work closely with various departments, including finance, production, procurement, and sales, to gather cost data, streamline processes, and improve cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards in all costing activities.

Other duties, as and when assigned by the Management.

Good and excellent working knowledge of Excel, formulas, data management, and spreadsheets.

Quick, fast, and speedy user of MS Office, mail communication, and a quick learner.

Should be capable of handling product costing under various shipping terms.

Possess a strong knowledge in Product costing.

At least 2 years of experience, preferably costing experience in the manufacturing industry.

Must be competent in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of the ERP and SAP system will be an added advantage.

Committed and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Good command of English is essential (writing and verbal).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
