More about our mission.- Help customers resolve issues related to direct debit chargebacks and other types of payment errors
- Knowing chargeback processes and contributing to prevention and recovery of any uncollected funds
- Work closely with the Product and Operational teams to identify actionable areas of improvement
- Monitor and analyse domain related data, report abnormalities, contribute to operational improvements and team development

**Qualifications**
- Your verbal and written English skills are excellent. If you speak other languages then that’s a plus
- You are punctual and have a strong attention to detail
- You are good with routine but can also adapt and keep up with fast changes
- You are proactive and independent but also know how important good teamwork is
- You can make decisions in critical situations and have the ability to multitask
- You are able to prioritise your work based on the level of urgency and impact
- You’re eligible work in our Kuala Lumpur office
