Billing / Cashier

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing / Cashier to join our team. The billing / cashier will be responsible for managing and processing all billing-related tasks, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining proper records for financial transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and issue accurate invoices for customers, clients or others.
- Verify and review billing data, ensuring all charges are correct
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with clients or vendors in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain billing reports, ensuring proper documentation for financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with billing policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing issues and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Nationality : Malaysian
- Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity
- Can working in 3-rotational shift
