Job Details:
Position : Commercial Operations Executive

Company Industry : Water & Petrochemical

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 hour to 1700)

Working Location : Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable basis)

Remuneration : Basic up to RM8,000 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business) or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of applicable experience related to product costing
- Knowledge of the water treatment industry/ chemical industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) is required.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated team member with sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring accuracy of product costing in line with market dynamics and maintaining the contract database.
- Update product cost estimates based on raw material cost changes, including monthly update of top volume products tolled in major plants in SEA region, or on as-needed basis
- Analyze product cost changes for SEA and Oceania and assist in coordinating with regional supply chain, sourcing and global product costing teams to maintain accuracy of product costing
- Analyze impact of product cost changes on overall margin for key accounts
- Update and maintain online contract database
- Assist in facilitating price agreement renewal process and in working with the commercial team to ensure timely renewal of price agreements
- Prepare periodic reports and other analyses as needed
