**Position Title: Marketing Executive**

**Job Function**

The Marketing Executive will report directly to the Assistant Manager, Sales and will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that promote our safety training services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, is proactive, and can manage a variety of marketing functions, from social media content creation to analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the brand and attract new clients.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and other communication channels to engage and grow the audience.
- Analyze marketing performance and provide insights through data-driven reports to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support business development goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with industry needs and safety-critical sectors.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently within allocated resources.
- Organize events and promotions to engage with current and potential client.
- Deliver and complete the assignment given by supervisor on need basis

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, marketing analysis, and content creation.
- Experience in safety-critical industries (oil and gas, maritime, renewables) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, managing all aspects of marketing for the RelyOn Asia centres.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Proficient in market research and using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
