Account Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. To assist accountant and finance to key in data
2. Computer literate : Microsoft Office & Excel
3. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
4. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
5. Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
6. Prepares budgets and records and sends invoices for services or products rendered by company employees that have been approved by management.
7. Recording and filing cash transactions.
8. Create and update expense reports.
9. To filling accounting documentation
10. To do account reconciliation, invoices and identify discrepancies.
11. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects.
Requirement:
2. Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encourage to apply.
3. Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Able to communicate with all level of people.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
