**Position: EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION**
**Salary: Up to RM4,000**
**Location: Puchong Intan 2**
**JD**:
- **Human Resources**:
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment (LOA) for new drivers upon their reporting.
- Conduct onboarding orientation for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- **Attendance and Leave Management**:
- Oversee attendance management through Infotech system, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
- Manage employee leave requests and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- **Training and Development**:
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars, including submission of HRDF claims for staff training.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Handle resignation processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.
- Manage employee claims in a timely manner.
- Organize birthday and festive celebrations to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- **Administration**:
- **Employee Records and Administration**:
- Collect, review, and manage forms and documents related to employee records, including driver documentation.
- Ensure accurate data entry into Infotech system and final approval by the payroll department prior to the payroll processing.
- Collect company belongings from employees upon resignation.
- **General Administration**:
- Manage inventory and distribution of company property including laptops, handphones, uniforms, and stationery.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle management are efficiently executed.
- Any other related tasks as and when is required by the team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling human resources & administration-related tasks.
- Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively;
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance;
- Must be computer literate with good proficiency in Ms. Excel for reporting purposes; and
- Familiarity with the Infotech system is an advantage.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR/ Admin: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)
