**Job Description**:
- To assist in managing the quotation, invoices and delivery order with customers
- To assist in answering queries from customers and salespersons
- To assist in managing information on orders using SQL, Excel
- Daily sales report (by dealers/by salesman/by Products)
- Weekly sales achievement report
- Monthly campaign sales achievement progress tracking
- Responsible to provide sales administration support to the sales team.
- Channel Structure and Product Structure monitoring report.
- Any others duties when as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
