We are looking for an enthusiastic intern or fresh graduate to join Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) - Enterprise Programme Management Office Team. In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting the ePMO initiatives as per listed below:
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the documentation and communication of ePMO initiatives.
- Contribute and support the creation and delivery of training materials to create awareness on ESSA process improvement methodology.
- Help monitor and track ePMO initiatives progress from time to time.
- Facilitates and coordinate with meetings, trainings and any assigned events from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in IT
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels within the Group.
- Creative and innovative with the ability to create and design awareness materials (presentation slides, newsletter, awareness artworks) and etc.
- Enthusiasm for gaining experience in areas of Project or Program Management, Stakeholder Mangement and Process Improvement
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
